RealCast Board-Form concrete wall panels is a panelized system that allows you to get the look of a traditional board formed concrete wall without the high cost and intense labor.

RealCast Board-Form Concrete Wall Panels have all the charm of real concrete, including slight texture and color variations throughout. RealCast uses the same formulation and finishing techniques for every order created, but panel colors and textures can vary slightly during the curing phase. You can expect to see that same natural variation that makes concrete so beautiful and sought after.

RealCast Board-Form Concrete Wall Panels give the exact look and feel of a poured board formed concrete wall but keep the cost of any project down as these panels are easy to install & extremely lightweight.

Weighing only 2.5 lb/sq.ft. RealCast Board-Form Concrete Wall Panels are fastened to the wall by using the recommended adhesive or thin-set mortar as outlined in the RealCast Install Instructions. Each panel has staggered edges to help hide vertical seams, and once the concrete panels are mounted and installed you won’t be able to notice that it was not created using traditional forms. RealCast Board-Form panels are easily cut with a mitre saw using a masonry blade, and installed using simple tools.
