The TOTO Libella T23L51EM#CP is a premium wall-mount touchless bathroom faucet designed for modern commercial or high-traffic restroom applications. It combines sleek polished chrome styling with advanced hands-free operation to promote hygiene, conserve water, and reduce maintenance.

Powered by TOTO’s ECOPOWER® hydro-generation system, this faucet requires no external wiring or batteries — it generates electrical power from the flow of water itself, ensuring reliable sensor operation without ongoing energy costs.

The concealed sensor is positioned under the spout head for responsive, intuitive activation: water flows only when hands are detected and stops automatically when hands are removed, minimizing waste and helping meet stringent water-efficiency standards.

TOTO Libella T23L51EM#CP uses 0.5 gallons per minute (GPM) with an efficient 10-second on-demand cycle (about 0.08 gallons per use), and is CEC and CALGreen compliant for environmentally responsible installations. A mixing valve is included to pre-set a comfortable water temperature and reduce the risk of scalding. The faucet also features ECO CAP aerating technology for a balanced, splash-free flow.

Installation is straightforward with the included spout, electronic controller, mixing valve, and mounting hardware. A separate water supply line (G 1/2″) must be purchased.
