Ideal for basements, renovations, or remote installations, this system allows you to install a toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub without breaking concrete or relying on gravity drainage.

Powered by a reliable ½ HP motor, the Saniaccess 3 uses high-speed stainless steel blades to macerate waste into a fine slurry, enabling it to be efficiently pumped through small-diameter piping. It can discharge wastewater up to 15 feet vertically and 150 feet horizontally, making it perfect for challenging layouts and long-distance runs.

Designed for performance and convenience, the unit features dual easy-access service panels, allowing quick maintenance without disconnecting the system. Its sealed, oil-filled motor ensures long-lasting durability with minimal moving parts, while the built-in pressure chamber automatically activates the pump when water enters the unit.
